What are cookies?

• Essential — session cookie (opnmy_session): keeps you logged in. It is secure and HTTP-only, and the site cannot function as a logged-in user without it.
• Analytics — Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): helps us understand aggregate, anonymous usage such as page views and visitor counts.

Local storage we use

• Theme preference — remembers your light/dark mode choice.
• Announcement dismissal — remembers if you closed the top banner.
• Visit flag — ensures each browser session is counted only once for the visitor counter.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can block them entirely. Note that blocking the essential session cookie will prevent you from staying logged in. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, you can install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on.
